Claspwell is a high-touch product: thin Magento module, Alpine.js widget for Hyvä, and a Node backend that routes conversations through three cost tiers. The goal is a useful sales assistant merchants can afford — not another GPT wrapper that burns margin on every greeting.
Integration stays manual on purpose. We configure origins, store keys, attributes, and knowledge with you, then go live per store. Create an account to track status; request integration when you are ready.
Hosting preference is EU (Hetzner). Security claims on this site track the product architecture — tenant isolation, encrypted credentials, hashed IPs — not borrowed compliance badges.
