No. v1 is high-touch: request integration, we review Magento fit, then install the module with you. There is no online payment. First month is the subscription — there is no separate setup invoice.

Submit Request integration with your store URL, Magento version, and Hyvä usage. We review fit, follow up by email, schedule a discovery call, then install the Magento module — typically 1–2 weeks after scope is confirmed.

Yes. Start on Essential (€99 net / mo, 750 conversations) on one store. We still install with you. Upgrade to Growth when volume or analytics matter. No paid pilot fee.

Install included. We install the Magento module with you: store key and origin, attribute mapping, first catalog sync, and knowledge-base seeding. No setup invoice. You pay the monthly plan after we confirm fit.

Are the prices net or gross?

Accepted Answer

Net. Prices exclude VAT. Polish customers are invoiced +23% VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged at 0%. Customers outside the EU are invoiced without Polish VAT.

Why is pricing per store, not per company?

Each Magento store (or isolated store view) is a tenant with its own catalog, knowledge, and conversations. German, Swedish, and Slovak storefronts are separate subscriptions — data never mixes across store_id. Multi-store programs use Scale (up to 3) or a quoted Agency plan.

Yes. The storefront widget is Alpine.js and designed to sit naturally on Magento 2 / Hyvä themes. Luma-compatible installs are also in scope for manual onboarding.

How is this different from a generic JS chatbot?

Generic widgets crawl pages or paste a script. We sync Magento catalog structure, resolve categories first, clarify attributes, and keep every session bound to a verified store_id. Three-tier routing means most answers never need a full GPT call — which is how Growth stays viable at Magento volumes.

What happens if I exceed the included conversations?

Accepted Answer

You are notified at 100% of the allowance, with one grace month per quarter up to 120%. Beyond that, extra conversations are billed at your tier rate. At 200% of the allowance the AI path is throttled and the assistant falls back to deterministic catalog and knowledge answers until you upgrade — scripted and catalog-only sessions never count toward the allowance.

What do you need from our Magento project?

Magento 2 version, Hyvä yes/no (or Luma notes), store URL(s) and which stores are in scope, staging access preferred, integration credentials as agreed at kickoff, rough catalog size, the attributes shoppers use to choose products, and a technical plus business contact.

How do I book a discovery meeting?

After we accept your integration request, we schedule a call by email. Bring Magento version, store/view list, and who owns deploys. There is no public calendar embed in v1 — booking is email-led on purpose so every store gets a fit review.

Why is Growth the recommended plan?

Accepted Answer

Growth at €249 net includes 3,000 conversations per month, hourly catalog sync, answer analytics, and priority email — the right default for most Magento / Hyvä merchants. Essential (€99) is early single-store; Scale (€499) is higher volume or up to three stores; Agency is quoted multi-store.

Can my Magento agency handle the install?

Agencies often provide access and deployment windows. We still run the guided install — module, keys, attributes, first sync, and knowledge seed — so tenant isolation and catalog mapping are correct. That work is included; there is no separate setup invoice.

What does the AI do with my catalog and categories?

Accepted Answer

It syncs Magento catalog structure, resolves the category first, then refines with attributes and returns real product cards. It is not a generic page crawler. Conversations stay scoped to your verified store_id.

Do you have SOC 2, and how is shopper data handled?

Accepted Answer

We do not claim SOC 2 or ISO certification. Sessions are bound to a verified store_id. Magento credentials are encrypted. Visitor IPs are hashed. Conversations use a limited retention window. Question text may go to an inference provider. We do not name a hosting region or provider as a current fact.

How is tenant isolation enforced?

Every request is scoped by a verified store_id. Origins are allow-listed for the storefront widget. Catalog, knowledge, and conversations never mix across tenants — priced per store on purpose.

How do cancellations work?

Billing is monthly or annual prepaid via invoice. To cancel or change plan, contact us — there is no self-serve cancel button in v1. Notice terms appear on your commercial agreement.

Honest v1 gaps: no Stripe checkout, no free production trial, no WhatsApp / Instagram omnichannel agents, no full Magento-admin order agent as the core product, no published SOC 2 badge, and no unlimited white-label OEM portal on Essential/Growth. Agency white-label is scoped by contract only.
