Magento integrations are not one-click. We keep intentional friction so every store is configured correctly.

Request
Store URL, Magento version, Hyvä usage, catalog shape.
No self-serve trial. We review every request for Magento fit before scheduling time.

Meeting
30–45 min: stores, attributes, access owners.
We send a prep checklist. Typical call is 30–45 minutes with merchant and agency if involved.

Proposal
Written tier, timeline, and out-of-scope items.
Growth is the usual default. Essential is the low-commitment start. Scale or Agency when volume or store count requires it. Install included. Invoiced manually — no Stripe in v1.

Install
Module, attribute mapping, first catalog sync. Typically 1–2 weeks after access.
Typical window: 1–2 weeks after kickoff access is ready. Staging first when possible.

Go live
Widget live, store_id isolation confirmed, support opened.
Conversations and catalog stay bound to that store_id. Support level follows your plan.
After go-live

Catalog stays in sync
Sync cadence follows your tier (daily → hourly → 15-min). Better attributes mean better category-first answers.
Fair-use metering
Only sessions that reach the AI path count. High overage throttles to deterministic catalog and knowledge answers.
