Shoppers find real SKUs via category and attributes — from live catalog sync, not a page crawl. We install with you, typically 1–2 weeks after access. Monthly tiers in EUR, always shown net. Magento catalog, Hyvä widget, and isolation detail lives on the AI chatbot page.

Prices are net. VAT is added on the invoice where it applies.
Included conversations are per store, per month, and only sessions that reach the AI are counted. Extra conversations are billed at your tier rate; at 200% of the allowance the AI path is throttled and the assistant falls back to deterministic catalog and knowledge answers until you upgrade.
