Charged once, before the subscription starts. There is no online checkout in v1 — we invoice by bank transfer. Pay 12 months upfront and we invoice at −15% on the monthly fee (about two months free). Setup fee is never discounted. Arranged on the integration invoice — no self-serve checkout in v1.

All prices are net. Polish customers are invoiced +23% VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged at 0%.
Included conversations are per store, per month, and only sessions that reach the AI are counted. Extra conversations are billed at your tier rate; at 200% of the allowance the AI path is throttled and the assistant falls back to deterministic catalog and knowledge answers until you upgrade.
